DB Construction was appointed by Southmill Management Ltd to re-surface Southmill Industrial Estate over the course of 2 weekends to minimize disruption to resident businesses.
On the first visit we planned off 30mm of existing hot rolled asphalt on the estate road, adjusted iron work & made safe hazards by applying temporary tarmac.
On the second visit we applied a tack coat before machine laying 30mm of stone mastic asphalt. To complete the works we applied all new road markings to specification.
The works were completed to a very high standard much to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
